Here's to follow up on comments regarding the great level of detail on the water intake subject. Made me recall a cool tip on the subject "Fit for golf" (not neccessarily G.O.L.F.) I read years ago. It was during the time when Faldo was Worlds #1 and known as a perfectionalist.
In an interview he revealed one of his less known secrets to success:
- I always cut my nails on mondays, and only mondays.
Since tournaments starts thuirsdays, he did not have freshly cut nails when starting off, and they did grow to their maximum by sunday.
Now how's that for a "golf fitness" tip?
