For th past 2 days, I have experienced lower back pain, where I find it dificult to get out of the car, and feel pain whenever I apply the brakes. Once I am up and walking, I am fine.
Usually this will go away, but I am wondering if there are any exercises which will strengthen my lower back? For the past week or two, I have been keeping my pivot center steady as I rotate around my spine. I used to slide a lot, so I am guessing my body isn't used to the tighter turns.
