Hello All, Now that you can see a true beginner on silent streaming video I thought I should share just a little. Even though I train fitness to an almost exclusive golfing clientel I have never played the game; but I love to be on the course and have watched it for years and have been soundly beaten by 'the little yellow book'. I had been introduced to golf by a pro that used Homer Kelly's work but suffered greatly from lumbar problems to the extent that he would be out of work a few days every month. We were able to get him out of his delimna and he gave me a lesson with the woods and a copy of TGM. When I started reading it I knew that he had not had the privilidge of beginning his golf career with the great science in this book or he would not have suffered so much. Since I call my work Alignment Therapy it was a perfect marriage for me and immediately changed my ability to work with golf clients.I have gone to the range a number of times but usually more to analyze some information coming from a client than to try to create any kind of game potential for myself.

Now for the real stuff. Yoda immediately changed my grip and explained the purpose of the exact positioning. I would love to say that messed me up but it is the saving grace of learning legitimately. For those of you fortunate enough to have been in a class or a lesson with Yoda you know he has much dire information to share. This is a sport of exactitudes and I was immediately humbled and overwhelmed but within minutes Lynn Blake made me feel comfortable to just allow the detailso to sink in with gentle encouragement and instruction.

Since I am technilogically challenged here I haven't seen the stream but I have full recall of my lesson. I took the lesson to heart and have successfully chipped everyday since. I almost always feel like I forgot everything when I hit my first ball but by the time I've hit 50 (my daily goal) I am back into the 'swing of things' and feeling hopeful. I have gained control over the ball and my power. Ok, ok it's one club, one shot, one day at a time.

My son laughs at me in the back yard on my, now, chipping green. I just smile at the prospect of getting hime on the golf course one day and providing another life lesson about proper preparation and education. A mother's job is never done. And at this rate neither will be my need for TGM lessons.

I wish for everyone to be able to have the benefit of Yoda's instruction. The three day workshops are fabulous (I was in Pine Needles). I'm hearing bag pipes, Scotland anyone?

Thanks
Thanks for the video. You look much better than I did when I started chipping. Hard to kill a lifetime of "throwaway" but I did beat it. Keep it up, hope to see more as you progress.

Thanks Vickie. Very interesting videos. Which instruction did you find the most difficult to accomplish?
