I wonder how many golfers, even those who participate in this forum (who are not only serious about improving, but KNOW BETTER) can REALLY straighten their right arm without flattening their right wrist???? Perhaps I shouldn't say "can" do it, but "actually" do it.
I bet it's less than 5%. No scientific data to back it up, but based on personal experience, I think it is one of the most "un-natural" moves in the golf swing, yet perhaps one of the most important!
