What is the name of the man who putted - or wrote a book about a putting style with both arms on plane with the putter shaft and where his hands formed a grip where the hands and fingers were at 45 degrees to each other? It's an old putting style - not much used today? The purpose was to eleminate both wrists from breaking down in either direction and not turning or bending at all. Are there any pictures or videos of this on the internet?
