As a matter of fact, Kevin.... I don't get mad, but I do get even. You were the backbone of the award.
Daryl, there is nowhere I'd rather be than being an assistant coach to a young fellow full of piss and vinegar and huge passion for this all-encompassing endeavor called G.O.L.F. Life is good right where I am.
As an interesting aside, the award winner on the girls' side is a friend of many years and both of us cut our teeth on Kev Carter's old course. Kev gets some of this, too. Irony?

Thanks for all the notes, guys. I sincerely appreciate all of them. The award is/was unexpected to say the least. I really have to thank Kev for his encouragement and support over the past few years. This particular place and all the people involved have been a godsend.
