Curious, what is your favorite TGM swing thought when you are playing?

From The Top, drag my wet mop to The Finish.

When I am playing my best:

"Karate Chop to the inside quadrant ball"

Visualizing the shot.
Staying in balance.
Holding my finish until the ball stops.

for me its: "fly me to the moon, let me sing among the stars....let me see what spring is like on...jupiter and mars."
lol

what works best for me

is singing a waltz, such as "The Last Cheater's Waltz" by Emmy Lou Harris.... Anything that occupies the conscious mind just enough to keep it from getting in the way.

My putting thought is "Where else could it go?":D

I've got a feeling about this one.

Trust your Educated Hands to do (feel) what they have been trained to do.

Mary had a little lamb whose fleece was white as snow.

That's ideally :). For TGM thoughts I usually think of just loading the club and then right shoulder turn thrust to the inside quadrant of the ball.

Sooooo many I don't know where to start.

Here are a few:
  • Be prepared as possible before Start Up, as precise as possible through The Top and as smooth and complete as possible through Impact to The Finish.
  • Heavy and deliberate.
  • Mind in the Hands.

This one I always use on every shot I hit, even on the range:
  • All Systems Go.

Sense the club with your fingers. Feel the pressure.
The left arm is always swinging... AND IS ALWAYS PASSIVE (Automatic) until Hinge Action.
