single wrist action vs standard?
 

I couldn't find any definitive posts on this subject. Can somebody point me in the right direction or please give me some info on it?

I have mainly tried single wrist action. However, if we uncock and then use roll power on the downswing, then why isn't it better to use standard wrist action (roll and then cock the left wrist) at the start of the backswing?
