Swinging the Right Arm vs. Driving the Right Arm via CF

How do these two differ? I know Mr. K said that when he worked with people one of the problems he saw was people "swung the right arm" versus "pistoning" it.

How do you distinguish the two when employing a true Drag Loading Procedure?

Hey 12....not sure if I am interpreting this correctly,

But...

Driving right arm - piston - try accumulator #1 - and use a punch type motion to the ball - like a piston (this would be driving the right arm at it's simplist).

Swinging the right arm is merely using CF as a rope type motion - meaning, the arm is merely the next chain in the motion - therefore, does not make the motion in itself, it merely absorbs the previous force and continues.

Bets I can do!

Agreed . . . Let me ask you a follow up on this . . . Do you think that when executing Drag Right Hand Karate Chop in swinging that the Tracing of the Plane Line of #3 and the Right Forearm happens LATER in the release interval? So you would be Tracing Down the Plane Line more with the Heel of the Right Hand (Or Left Hand/Butt) until the club switches ends?
