Address Hands Vs. Impact Hands
Quote:
The Impact Body condition is evident. Is there any way to highlight the Impact Hands condition? On second thought, there's no need . . . Just reference 9-2-1-#1 and 9-2-10-#1. :) |

Model Impact Fix
V. J. Trolio in Photo #2 above is a wonderful model for Impact:
1. Left Wrist Flat and Right Wrist Bent. 2. Both Wrists vertical (perpendicular) to the ground (the Horizontal Plane). 3. Hands beneath Left Shoulder . . . 'Nowhere near the Ball' . . . Clubshaft Forward Lean. 4. Body 'comparatively squared away', with a Hip Slide parallel to the Delivery Line and slightly left of its Address location (see Photo #3). The Body's minimal circular Motion has not Pulled the Hands viciously inside the Line. Always feel Motion 'parallel' to the Delivery Line (Plane Line / Target Line) throughout the Stroke. 5. Feet and Knees quiet -- supporting the Hip Motion, not driving it. 6. The Head is in precisely the same location -- there has been no Sway or Bob. |
