A blind dog found a bone!

I had a special happin' on Sunday. I had time for a quick 9 holes this past weekend and ended up shooting 34, with birdies on 3 of the last 4 holes. Two of those were kick-ins after knocking down the flags.

This brings me one step closer to my goal of breaking par for 18 THIS YEAR.

I've been working on becoming a hitter since visiting Yoda in December. I had a lot of mixed components and still struggle with that now some.

I've worked hard to quiet my lower body and have made good progress in that regard. Lately I'm trying hard to shorten my motion and get the club more on plane going back. I tend to take it back on plane, then go flat, the get it back on plane. It's an adjustment I've become really good at but would like to eliminate! I still have too much of a left arm roll during initial take away and it resembles a swinger a little to much for my hitting stroke.

My ball striking remains inconsistent due to all of the changes I'm trying to make. However, my good shots are better than ever. Six months ago I might have one really great shot every couple of rounds. Now I have several really great shots every round.

I can't tell you what I was doing on the course that day - just playing! :D
