I'm feeling the love. I appreciate all of the support.

I've been so busy during the week that practice has been difficult (10 lessons Tues., 10 Lessons Wed.) I did take my two off days a week ago to do an up and back to Hershey, so that I could play some practice rounds. I flew up on a Sunday, played 36 holes in 6 hours, stayed one night, played another 36 holes, drove to the airport and flew home.

I was really happy to go low at the Farm. It's one of my favorite courses in GA. It's a Fazio course. And, in a pro-scratch, they love to come up with some beautiful pin placements that would bring regular play to a halt. With so many false fronts and tight flags, balls would land on the green and roll 50 yards back into the fairway. So, it was much harder than my score would suggest. I made very few mistakes. My right foot slipped out from under me on my only wayward drive and cost me a bogey. And, I finished with a 33 on my last 9.

I'm so pleased with the way that I'm striking the ball, that I feel like I need very little practice. It's a good thing, since I'm not sure when I would practice. I'm hoping that knowledge will prevail in the end over those with more range time.

But, I do intend to make an effort to play a little more in the next 44 days. But, who's counting?

Daddy Needs a New Pair of Shoes

Wow!

You've got some short game skillz! Thats a lot of birdie putts, up'n'in's, and two putts on a course like that.

Congrats Teddy. Hope daddy can buy a new pair of shoes now.:laughing9
