Yoda,
Hello! Thank you for putting up this site.
I posted these questions in another forum and got no response so I will try again here.
First, for PP#1, right hand against left thumb, I've been experimenting with two feels. The first is where I feel my right side, mostly forearm is generating that pressure down and out pass the ball. The second is where I feel the pulling of my leftside creating that pressure of the right hand on left pushing down and out pass the ball. PP#1 feels about the same in both swings though. Is this the difference between hitting and swinging? Is this the spinwheel concept?
Second, I continue to practice and improve my extensor action and am a convert to a 'hands controlled pivot' however I have having trouble with keeping this concept in my forward swing. I let my hands control the backswing pivot but I seem to need something else on the forward swing, i.e. a little more body, any suggestions or clarification?
Thanks.
