Checkout Tomasello's Hinge Action video located in the Gallery section....The Hinge Action video is chapter number 4. Tommy is executing all of the hinge motions with the Magic of the Right Forearm.

reviewed both ch4 and ch 9 (hitting/swinging) and i see how what you're saying how he equates HH w/swinging and AH w/hitting (something i'd been pretty much doing lately)...but i didn't see the details you mentioned on how to perform vertical hinging, which is something i've been puzzling over, so any expansion would be greatly appreciated!

There's a difference between right arm thrust against pp#1 and right arm participation via the magic of the right forearm.

See my post in this section for clarification

...and i think TT would agree, the difference being AH vs HH...
