Hitting and Swinging...it really became an issue of what hinging action do I need on this shot.

reviewed both ch4 and ch 9 (hitting/swinging) and i see how what you're saying how he equates HH w/swinging and AH w/hitting (something i'd been pretty much doing lately)...but i didn't see the details you mentioned on how to perform vertical hinging, which is something i've been puzzling over, so any expansion would be greatly appreciated!
