i do have a tendency so set up slightly open, in terms of oening the club face when my left arm is at 45* on the back swing say 7-8 oclock clubshaft is parallel to the plane and horizontal to the ground with my left wrist pretty flat and vertical to the ground which is where it should be?
the feeling i get on longer shots is of my hands going left and the clubhead outside them,Ive tended to overdo the karate chop feeeling and pull the left arm downtrying to stay under the plane but lose release so either way the hosel is heading for the ball, Im a 3hcp so these arent violent motions and on film i make a reasonable pass at the ball.
