I was checking out some footage of Lee Buck through the ball. He definitely employs 10-16-C Right Anchor Knee Action and also 10-17-B Flat Foot Action at least through the Impact Interval and well into follow-through. His right heel stays down and you can just see the first row of spikes under his right shoe through the shot.
On the Golf Channel the other night they had on Jim Flick (who actually had a chick hitting left hand only shots keeping her wrist flat - uh yeah!). He was demonstrating knee and ankle action through the ball. He advised that the right ankle be more rolled through the ball, the right knee stay "behind" the left knee, and that the right heel not "pop" out and up quickly.
What is the advantage of this type of foot and knee action? Since Lee Buck is a hitter is this type of Knee and Foot action more compatible to hitting? Or can it be used in Swinging as well?
