Siwinging or swing-hitter?
Hello,
From the top, I pull with my left side, first the left leg, then concentrate on the left wrist action and down to the ball. Because of the down to the ball motion, at impact with a 3 wood, the club head smash at the ball with a hugh sound (hitting sound). No right arm power is used.
I just wonder if this is still swinging becasue of the intentially hit down motion by the left wrist?

What you describe is still in the 'swing' camp, but you want to be careful not to interupt CF by 'doing' much with the left side. The left arm is moved by PP#4, not by the arm/shoulder muscles. That said, the feel of the swinger's sequenced release (uncock, then roll) can certainly 'feel' agressive, but remember Homer's words on swinging...
A swingers skill is in harnessing CF
Sounds like you are really feeling the loading and unloading of the left wrist, which is a good thing, but don't confuse that feel with real. CF is your friend, don't fight it.

Nice "left side-pull" swinging, I believe.
You will be even happier with a "both side-pull" concentrating on both hands.

YOU load and sustain the "LAG", during which the " LAW" releases it, ideally beyond impact.
"Sustain ( Yang/陽) the lag ( Yin/陰)" is "the unification of Ying and Yang" ( 陰陽合一).
The " LAW" creates the " effect", which is the "motion" or "feel", with the " cause", which is the "intent" or "command".
" Lag" is the secret of golf, passion is the secret of life.
