In Yodas video cannot tell if inside of forearm is square to target or angled down (elbow pointing out) or angled upward (elbow pointing down).

Also, since Tomasello states that in hitting the elbow moves back more in backswing that would seem to indicate square to target.

Is it the same for swinging?
