I mentioned hyponatremia in the other thread. It normally takes several hours of extreme exercise coupled with over-hydration and a lack of electrolyte (sodium/potassium) replacement to get this condition.

I think we are safe from this on the golf course!

Most people walk around everyday life dehydrated.
