I have to say, the punch shot is my most deadly shot. I am most effective with this shot from 100-140 yds. I consider this my "killing zone".

Most people only use this shot when playing into the wind. I will use it any time I'm in the "killing zone", as long as the approach conditions dictate it.

I play the ball a little more back in my stance, take 1-2 extra clubs, and just drive down and through the ball with a pure Hitting Stroke...never letting the clubhead pass my hands, and finishing with Both Arms Straight.

The shot comes off semi low, with tons of spin. And goes very straight.
