First of all, this is a great golf swing. That hook's purely a clubface and angle of attack issue. Its one thing to "try" to zero pivot, but while you're doing it, dont let it talk you into hanging back. I see a hang back with too much roll (one feeding the other)
Shift more wait and sooner, and rehearse what an angled hinge would look like.
