Hitting using PA 1 and 2
What would I give up if I only sought to use PA 1 and 2 in a hitting stroke. If PA 1 is the angle of the right elbow and PA is the left wrist cock PA 3 is the swivel of the left for arm? Can you just take a strong grip and minimize #3. I am trying to eliminate duck hooking and improve my overall contact.
