Sorry but forget about the lawnmower and forget about walrus war chant and all this stuff. Turn your body with your head between your feet with a full hip and shoulder turn, in sync with this turn And with extensor lift the hands an clubhead up the plane with rotation via the right forearm simply move the right forearm in a way that allows the hands and clubhea to fan up the plane angle very easy to practice in a mirror.

With a light constant pressure that is extensor action, and the right forearm in-line and on plane, the right palm should seek to rotate and lift flat to the plane immediately, the right arm bends as it fans immediately lifting and rotating the hands and clubhead up the plane with extensor. This action cocks the left wrist into the backstroke, all the while the pivot is simply turning with it from the very start. It all goes together and right from the start, straight up and rotational
The adjusted address for the swinger helps setup the swinging action in the startup instead of te carry back action of the hitter from impact fix. U can address the ball at impact fix, adjusted address or anywhere in between if u so choose, however adjusted address gives the body a midway point between the weight shifting and is an ideal place to start for the swinger
