This is important for me too. I feel like my left butt cheek stays facing the target as I pull down with the arms. This slides my hips cross line before they turn and stops me roundhousing the shoulders

When I get off I just do the pump drill over and over and over and try and get that transition 'dropping' motion ingrained again
