Knee Action
Is there any advantage to using the "Right Anchor" knee designation as stated in the 12-1-0 and 12-2-0 patterns?
7-16 states that "the primary function of Knee Action - as with Waist Bend - is to maintain a motionless Head during the stroke".

I tend to have a slight sag (not extreme) in my left knee at impact. When I put more emphasis on "posting up" the left leg (straightening it, not locking it) I get the "feeling" of a stronger throw-out action.
