Daryl,

Could it simply be the difference between swinging with horizontal hinging, and hitting with angled. Angled hinging and hitting feels much more structured to me, and centrifugal force doesn't sling the club out and up as much after low point for me as it does when I HH.

Hmm? I just don't know the answer. Thrust is down plane and down the line.

I was trying to explain this to Jeff Evans earler and came up with a better expression of my feel. I feel if though I never release the right wrist bend and the right arm extends out fully.

I might put it on video tomorrow to explain what I am trying to do or feel I am doing and see if it is going in the correct direction or I might be going in the wrong direction.

The feel right now is the photo of Tiger below but, I am not stoping there I keep going but feel that the impact angle is still being held.

That's my feel. Except, that's how I swing the Club.

If you truly did feel the former before the latter then you would be flipping.

Are you a Hitter? Forgive me for asking such a terrible question. It's as painful to ask as I'm certain it is to answer.

1. Angled Hinging (7-10)
2. Simultaneous Release (4-D-0)
3. Grip Rotation (7-2)
4. Single Wrist Action (10-18-C-2)
5. Active Right Elbow (7-20)
6. Fixed Lag Pressure Point (“10-11-0-3”)
7. Radial Acceleration (10-19-A)
8. Axe Handle Technique (6-F)
9. Slow Start Down (6-B-1)
10. Angle of Approach (2-J-3)
11. Right Arm/Hand Paddle Wheel motion

Say it ain't so Joe.

So not to be difficult but you might be aware I am not a TGM instructor or know the book very well. I am guessing that this is my swing componets explained? My question is am I moving in the right direction?

I played a tournament today and shot 76 with 4 birdies, I missed 1 fairway and hit 12 greens. My misses where all left and my good shot either playing a small littlefade or a small little push draw. I went to persimmon 1 week ago and played it today, I hit itlonger than I do with metal woods but the carry is a tad bit less.

My feel on the golf swing its self is that my stance is open, weight more on the right at address 40/60, my back swing or shoulder movement is like SnT, if I want to hit cuts I start my turn then open the hell out of the club the rest of the way tot he top and as I start the down swing the only thing I try to do is hold that wedge till finish, feels like I am pushing the handle through impact.
